Určování druhů rodu Calamagrostis dle morfologie je problematické. V České republice bylo studováno přibližně 20 populací ze dvou druhů tohoto rodu. Morfometrickou analýzou, průtokovou cytometrií a sekvenací byly tyto dva druhy rozlišeny a byly určeny jejich taxonomické vztahy. Morphological characteristics of genus Calamagrostis cause problems in determination of individual species. Almost 20 populations of two species of this genus were studied in the Czech Republic. Morphometry, flow cytometry and other genetic method were used to clearly determine the di fferences and potencial relations.
