Abstract: Self assembly of nanoparticles on NCD possible. Films macroscopically homogenous (SEM, Raman), however microsopic structural variations (SEM cross sections) do exist. Detailed KFM and CS-AFM measurements indicate that charge is mostly confined in the inter-grain space.
