[cze][eng] Střídavá péče o děti po rozvodu, resp. po odloučení rodičů je nejen v České republice stále více se rozšiřujícím jevem. Přestože má u nás mezi ostatními modely péče o dítě po rozvodu dosud minoritní zastoupení, každoročně přibývá počet rozpadlých rodin, které se k tomuto druhu péče uchylují. Bakalářská práce analyzuje model střídavé péče o děti. V teoretické části jsou osvětleny jednotlivé modely péče o dítě po odloučení rodičů. V práci je prezentován vývoj rozvodovosti a svěřování dětí do péče ve světě a v Evropě. Dále jsou uváděny důsledky odloučení rodičů na dítě, je zdůrazněna genderová nezastupitelnost rodičovských rolí. Práce popisuje možné působení odloučení rodičů na dítě z krátkodobého i dlouhodobého hlediska a poukazuje na nepříznivé důsledky na dítě v případě, že se jeden z rodičů neangažuje v životě dítěte. Zabývá se předpoklady fungování střídavé péče, jejími možnými pozitivy a negativy pro děti i jejich rodiče. Cílem výzkumné části je diskutovat různé pohledy na střídavou péči. Jednak rodičů, kteří střídavou péči u svých dětí praktikují, a dále odborníků z řad psychologů a psychoterapeutů, kteří se ve své praxi se střídavou péčí setkávají. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou bylo zjišťování rodičovského pohledu na pozitiva a negativa modelu střídavé péče pro své děti. Prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s otevřenými otázkami je analyzována problematika střídavé péče, jsou sledovány souvislosti mezi jednotlivými jevy vyskytujícími se u střídavé péče. Výsledky výzkumu obou výzkumných skupin ukazují, že střídavá péče je za předpokladu dodržení určitých podmínek většinou z dotazovaných respondentů přijímána pozitivně.An alternate care of children after a divorce or parent´s separation is not only in Czech Republic still more common. Although it appears less than other models of child care, the number of split up families with this kind of care increase every year. The thesis analyses model of alternate child care. The theoretical part outlines kinds of child care models after parent´s separation. The development of divorce rate and children entrust in the world and Europe is presented in the thesis. Further, there are shown consequences of parent´s separating for the child with emphasize of gender irreplaceability of parent´s roles. The thesis describes potential influence of parent´s separating for the child in short term and long term period and points at negative consequences for the child if one parent doesn´t get involved in child´s life. The thesis occupies with assumptions of running an alternate care, its positives and negatives for kids and their parents. The aim of research part is to discuss different views at alternate care of parents, who practise alternate care and experts like psychologists and psychotherapists, who deal with alternate care in their professional experience. The main research query was to look into the parent´s view at positives and negatives of model of alternate child care for their children. The issue of alternate care is analysed through qualitative research with method of halfstructured interviews with opened questions. Connections among certain phenomenons occuring at alternate care are monitored. The results of research of both research groups show, that alternate care is, supposing keeping certain conditions, mostly positively accepted.
