Název práce: Aktivizační činnosti v domově pro seniory Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou především aktivizační činnosti seniorů v pobytových zařízeních, a to jak aktivizačními činnostmi seniorů se syndromem demence, tak aktivizační činnosti seniorů bez syndromu demence. Práce je teoretického charakteru a má čtyři části. V první části se zabývám stářím, stárnutím, změnami a potřebami ve stáří, tématem druhé části jsou pobytová zařízení pro seniory, sociální práce a role sociálního pracovníka v pobytových zařízeních pro seniory, adaptace seniorů na pobyt a aktivizační činnosti obecně. V posledních dvou částech popisuji vybrané aktivizační činnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat vybrané aktivizační činnosti v pobytových zařízeních pro seniory, a to jak u seniorů se syndromem demence, tak u seniorů bez syndromu demence. Jedná se o aktivizační činnosti, které může vykonávat sociální pracovník, popřípadě pracovník v sociálních službách či aktivizační nebo zdravotní sestra. Title: Special Activation Programs In Nursing Homes Residents The aim of this bachelor thesis is to specify activation programs for nursing homes residents. The activation programs are focused on the nursing home residents with or without moderate or severe disorientation (dementia). The thesis is mainly theoretical and it consists of four parts. The first part describes the basic concepts concerning aging, old age and special needs of nursing home residents. The second part of the thesis deals with the nursing homes in general and with the role of a social worker. Basic ideas about the process of adaptation of nursing home residents and special activation programs are defined in the second part of the thesis. The third and the fourth part of the thesis are dedicated to the particular activation programs which are lead by a social worker or by an activation nurse.
