Cílem mé bakalářské práce je kvalitativní výzkum založený na grounded teorii, ve kterém se snažím zjišťovat vývoj sociální percepce handicapovaných žáků pedagogy Základní školy praktické Milevsko. V teoretické části definuji pojmy ? sociální percepce, percepční chyby, stereotypy, atribuce příčin, implicitní teorie osobnosti, stereotypy, stigmatizace, labeling, komunikace, paměť, handicap. Cílem metodologické části je objasnit základy zakotvené teorie použitím metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a pozorování. Jednotku zkoumání tvořila jedna organizace, jednotkou zjišťování byli čtyři pedagogové. V souladu s metodologií byly získávány údaje pro interpretaci. Po provedení kvalitativního výzkumu sumarizovat zjištěné vzorce sociální percepce (a jejich vývoj) a najít posuny v oblasti sociálních stereotypů v chování odborníků k handicapovaným žákům. V interpretační části se zabývám třemi dílčími výzkumnými otázkami, které vychází z teoretického rámce mé práce a mají přispět k objasnění hlavní výzkumné otázky. Interpretace vychází ze zakotvené teorie Strausse a Corbinové (1999) a bylo při ní užito otevřené a axiální kódování. V závěru Title of the thesis: The target of my dissertation is the qualitative research based on grounded theory in which I am trying to detect the development of social perception of disadvantaged pupils at ?Základní škola praktická? in Milevsko. In the theoretical part I am giving a definition of terms ? social perception, perceptions´mistakes, stereotype, labeling, stigmatization, communication, mental handicap and memory, episodic memory and autobiographical memory. The target of the methodical part is to clarify the basics of grounded theory by using the methody of half-structured depth interview and observation. After implementation of qualitative research I want to summarize the discovered patterns of social perception and to find the movements in the field of social stereotypes in the specialists´approach to disadvantaged pupils.
