Tématem práce je příprava výrobní firmy na certifikaci ISO 14001, což znamená popsání procesů organizace, popsání pracovních pozic a zhotovení potřebných dokumentů. V dnešní době vysokou kvalitu výrobků a služeb předpokládá stále náročnější zákazník za samozřejmost vlivem rostoucí konkurence. Za nemalé podpory osvěty různých vládních i nevládních organizací se zvyšuje i počet zákazníků, kteří se zamýšlí nad svojí zodpovědností k životnímu prostředí. The theme of the work is the preparation of the production company to ISO 14001 certification, which means describing organizational processes, description of jobs and making the necessary documents. Today, the high quality of products and services expected to increasingly demanding customer for granted due to growing competition. Considerable support for the education of various governmental and non-governmental organizations has also increased the number of customers who talks about his responsibility to the environment.
