Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím odpovědnostního řízení v manažerském účetnictví. Cílem této práce je vysvětlit obecné předpoklady fungování odpovědnostního účetnictví a řízení a následná aplikace těchto poznatků v konkrétní stavební společnosti. This Master's Thesis concentrates on the use of responsibility management in management accounting. The aim of this paper is to describe general principals of responsibility accounting and management. The other part of this paper is focused on implementation of the responsibility management in the construction company.
