Předmětem této bakalářské práce je nově vzniklý pilíř důchodového systému České republiky, který je součástí právě probíhající důchodové reformy. Práce se nejprve zaměří na charakteristiku důchodových systémů, systém České republiky do konce roku 2012 a na nutnost důchodové reformy. Jádro práce je věnováno druhému pilíři, jeho analýze a perspektivě. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření a případová studie, která má za cíl zjistit, pro které skupiny občanů, jež jsou roděleni dle výše svých příjmů, se vstup do druhého pilíře v komparaci s jinými spořícími produkty na finančním trhu vyplatí. V závěru práce se na základě získaných poznatků posuzuje výhodnost vstupu do druhého pilíře z pohledu potenciálních klientů. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the newly established pillar of the pension system in the Czech Republic, which is part of the ongoing pension reform. The thesis will initially focus on the characteristics of pension systems, the system of the Czech Republic to the end of 2012 and the need of pension reform. The core of the thesis is devoted to the second pillar, its analysis and perspective. Component of this work is the questionnaire survey and a case study that aims to determine which groups of citizens who are divided according to their level of income, the input to the second pillar in comparison with other savings products in the financial market is worth. The conclusion of thesis, based on the knowledge acquired assesses profitability of entry to the second pillar from the perspective of potential clients.
