Práce se zabývá otázkou, zda finanční krize, která vznikla v roce 2007 ve Spojených státech amerických a postupně se přelila do celého světa, způsobila změnu ve struktuře daňových příjmů států v rámci Evropské unie. Je nutné určit trendy v oblasti daňových mixů v čase, které nám pomohou lépe určit, zda případně změny ve struktuře mohou být skutečně důsledkem krize, nebo zda se jedná o vývoj, který je v rámci Evropské unie uplatňován již po delší časové období. Analýza se týká daní nepřímých, sociálního zabezpečení a daní přímých, které jsou analyzovány samostatně z pohledu osobní důchodové daně a daně z příjmu korporací. Zkoumaným obdobím je počátek krize -- jedná se tedy zejména o změny ve zlomovém období před krizí a v krizi (roky 2006 a 2007 jsou porovnávány rovněž s dvouletým obdobím let 2008 a 2009). Analýza je prováděna za pomocí t-testů. The thesis deals with the question whether the financial crisis caused changes in the structure of tax revenues in the EU Member States. It's necessary to specify trends in the tax mixes that helps us to determine whether the changes in the structure can be really caused by the crisis or it is EU long-term trend. The analysis focuses on indirect taxes, social contributions and direct taxes that are analyzed separately as personal income taxes and corporate income taxes. The analyzed period is the beginning of the crisis. These are mostly the changes in the turning period pre-crisis and crisis (2006 and 2007 are compared with 2008 and 2009). The analysis is performed by t-tests.
