Tato práce se zabývá spotřebitelskými úvěry na bankovním trhu Slovenské republiky, vymezuje související legislativu, jak v Evropské unii, tak v Slovenské republice. Dále se zabývá ověřováním klientských dat bankami, analyzuje předsmluvní informace poskytované spotřebitelům a portfolio spotřebitelských úvěrů nabízených slovenskými bankami. This paper aims at consumer loans on the banking market in the Slovak republic. It defines legislature related to the topic in the European union, as well as in the Slovak republic. Later on, it concentrates on verification of client data, analyses precontracual information provided to consumers and the portfolio of consumer loans offerd by the Slovak banks.
