Cílem této práce je analyzovat vliv volebního cyklu na vývoj veřejných příjmů a výdajů státního rozpočtu od roku 1998 do roku 2011. V úvodu práce je přiblížena problematika a jsou stanoveny cíle práce. Na základě načerpání teoretického základu, jenž je uveden v první části práce, jsou stanoveny pracovní hypotézy a metodika výzkumu. Práce se zabývá samostatným vývojem veřejných příjmů a výdajů a dále zkoumá vliv volebního cyklu na tento vývoj. V závěru práce jsou ověřeny hypotézy. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the impact of the electoral cycle for the development of public revenues and expenditures of the state budget from 1998 to 2011. Targets are set in the introduction. After gaining theoretical knowledge, which is explained in the first chapter, were set working hypotheses and research methodology. Work deals with the development of public revenues and expenditures and also examines the impact of the electoral cycle for the development of public revenues and expenditures. Hypotheses are verified in the conclusion.
