Cílem diplomové práce je analýza fiskální politiky v Ruské federaci v letech 2008-2011. Práce je zaměřena na období začátku finanční krize v Ruské federaci a dále pak na období oživení ekonomiky trvající i v současnosti. V teoretické časti je vymezena struktura rozpočtu a jeho zvláštnosti. Dále se projednává o fiskální politice v letech 2008-2011. Značný důraz se klade na analýzu změn v daňové politice. Výsledkem analýzy fiskální politiky je zhodnocení vlivu hlavních fiskálních opatření za toto období na podnikovou sféru. The objective of this thesis is the analysis of fiscal policy in the Russian Federation in 2008-2011. The thesis focuses on the beginning of the financial crisis in the Russian Federation, and then a period of economic recovery continued in the present. In the theoretical part is describing structure of the budget and its peculiar properties. Also discusses fiscal policy in the years 2008-2011. Significant emphasis is given to the analysis of changes in tax policy. The result of the analysis of fiscal policy is the evaluation of effect of the major fiscal measures during this period on the business sector.
