Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou uplatnenia princípov a nástrojov business intelligence pri riadení a kontrole nemocničného zariadenia. Na základe definície problémových oblastí pri riadení a kontrole nemocničného zariadenia je navrhnutý spôsob zefektívnenia súčasného stavu, ktorý spočíva v metodickom zjednotení hlavných riadiacich a kontrolných oblastí, v implementácii konsolidovanej dátovej štruktúry (dátového skladu) a reportingového nástroja nad primárnymi systémami. Praktické uplatnenie analyzovaných oblastí je demonštrované v praktickej časti práce, ktorá je venovaná reálnej implementácii manažérskeho informačného systému v piatich krajských nemocničných zariadeniach v Českej republike. Hlavným prínosom práce je definícia problémových oblastí pri riadení a kontrole nemocničného zariadenia, ktoré je možné zefektívniť uplatnením nástrojov a princípov business intelligence, a osobné zhodnotenie praktických skúseností autora z pôsobenia v oblasti implementácie riešení business intelligence v zdravotníckych zariadeniach. Diplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou uplatnění principů a nástrojů business intelligence při řízení a kontrole nemocničního zařízení. Na základě definice problémových oblastí při řízení a kontrole nemocničního zařízení je navrhnutý způsob zefektivnění současného stavu, který spočívá v metodickém sjednocení hlavních řídících a kontrolních oblastí, v implementaci konsolidované datové struktury (datového skladu) a reportingového nástroje nad primárními systémy. Praktické uplatnění analyzovaných oblastí je demonstrované v praktické časti práce, která je věnovaná reálné implementaci manažerského informačního systému v pěti krajských nemocničních zařízeních v České republice. Hlavním přínosem práce je definice problémových oblastí při řízení a kontrole nemocničního zařízení, které je možné zefektivnit uplatněním nástrojů a principů business intelligence, a osobní zhodnocení praktických zkušeností autora z působení v oblasti implementace řešení business intelligence v zdravotnických zařízeních. Diploma thesis deals with the application of principles and tools of business intelligence in the management and control process of the hospital facilities. In term of the definition of problem areas in the management and control process of the hospital is proposed concept of streamlining the current state, which consists of the methodological unification of the main control and managing areas, in the implementation of consolidated data structure (data warehouse) and reporting tool above the primary systems. Practical application of the analyzed areas is demonstrated in the practical part of diploma thesis, which is devoted to the real implementation of management information system in five regional hospitals in the Czech Republic. The main benefit of this thesis is the definition of the problem areas in the management and control process of hospital facilities, which can be made more effective by applying the principles and tools of business intelligence, and personal appreciation of the author's practical experience with the implementation of business intelligence solutions in healthcare facilities.
