Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou, jaká je strategie výuky duševní hygieny na waldorfské škole. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem se duševní hygiena na waldorfské škole vyučuje a tuto strategii poté porovnat se strategií výuky duševní hygieny na škole tradičního vzdělávacího systému. Dalším cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda má správná strategie výuky duševní hygieny na základní škole nějaký vliv na rozvoj dítěte. Výzkum byl prováděn jednak analýzou Školního vzdělávacího programu pro základní vzdělávání waldorfské školy v Českých Budějovicích a dále dotazníkovou metodou, kdy do šetření se zapojilo 28 rodičů dítěte navštěvujícího základní školu waldorfského typu a 13 rodičů dítěte navštěvujícího základní školu tradičního typu. Rodičům obou skupin byly položeny stejné otázky vztahující se k problematice strategie výuky duševní hygieny na základní škole. Shromážděné odpovědi probandů obou skupin byly navzájem komparovány, vyhodnoceny a byl z nich vyvozen závěr šetření, který byl poté konfrontován s našimi výzkumnými předpoklady. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že waldorfská pedagogika věnuje péči o duševní zdraví a duševní hygienu dítěte více prostoru než tradiční pojetí výuky realizované na klasických základních školách. Dále bylo zjištěno, že správná strategie výuky duševní hygieny má pozitivní vliv na rozvoj duševního zdraví dítěte. This thesis deals with the question, what is the strategy of mental hygiene education at the Waldorf school. The aim was to find out how mental hygiene at the Waldorf school is educated and then compare this strategy with the strategy of mental hygiene education at the school of traditional education system. Another aim of this study was to show whether the correct strategy of mental hygiene education in elementary schools has some influence on the development of the child. The research was made using an analysis of the School Educational Programme for Elementary Education of the Waldorf School in České Budějovice and a questionnaire method. 28 parents of children attending the Waldorf primary school and 13 parents of children attending traditional primary school were involved in the investigation. Parents of both groups were asked the same questions regarding the issue of mental health education strategies in elementary schooling. The collected answers of the probands of both groups were mutually compared, evaluated and the results of the investigation were concluded and then confronted with the initial hypotheses. Research has found that the Waldorf educational system dedicates to mental health and mental hygiene of the child more space than a traditional approach of education realized on classical type of primary schools. Furthermore, it was found that the correct strategy of mental health education has a positive influence on the development of mental health of the child.
