Tématem bakalářské práce je Potenciál využití Self-Trackingu v manažerské praxi. Cílem této bakalářské práce je v teoretické části čtenářům přiblížit pojem Self Tracking, jak tato metoda funguje, jaké využívá nástroje a aplikace. Dále nastiňuje jeho využití managementem v podniku. V praktické části si vyberu čtyři Self Trackingové aplikace, které popíši a navrhnu možnost jejich využití v podniku The theme of this work is the Potential use of Self-Tracking in managerial practice. The aim of this thesis is in the theoretical part aproximace to the reader the concept of Self Tracking how this method works, which makes use of tools and applications. Outlines its use in the management of the company. In the practical part I choose four Self Tracking application, which I will describe and suggest the possibility of their use in the enterprise.
