Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza a následné nastavení personálních činností ve firmě, která se v důsledku transformace přeměnila z firmy rodinné na malou společnost. Při analýze se vychází z teoretických a praktických poznatků a jsou popsány všechny dosud probíhající personální činnosti ve firmě, jejich silné stránky i nedostatky. Na základě rozhovorů se zástupci firmy je důkladně vypracován systém obsazování volných pracovních míst a hodnocení zaměstnanců. Ostatní personální činnosti prozatím vyhovují současnému stavu a jsou tedy zmíněny pouze určité návrhy na jejich zlepšení. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse and set up a human resources management principles in a company that was transformed from family business into small firm. The analysis is based on theoretical and practical knowledge and all the on-going human resources processes (their weaknesses and strengths) are described in this thesis. According to interviews with representatives of the company staffing system and appraisal system is developed. All the other human resources processes suit the firm quite well and only some suggestions for their improving are provided.
