Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat systém řízení pracovního výkonu ve společnosti Grafton Recruitment, s.r.o., porovnat teoretické poznatky s uplatňovanou praxí, identifikovat přednosti a nedostatky uplatňovaného systému a v případě potřeby navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu. Podkladem k praktické části práce byly interní dokumenty společnosti, rozhovory s vedoucími pracovníky a průzkum mezi pracovníky, který proběhl koncem roku 2012. Koncept systému řízení pracovního výkonu ve společnosti odpovídá obecným požadavkům, celkově se však vyznačuje nedostatky, jako jsou chyby v poskytování zpětné vazby a komunikaci obecně, irelevance či duplicita hodnocených kritérií u jednotlivých pozic a nenávaznost rozvoje na výsledky hodnocení. The purpose of the thesis is the analysis of the performance management system in the company Grafton Recruitment, which is based on the theoretical knowledge. In case of deviations from the desired condition it is required to propose changes. The basis for the practical part of the thesis was internal documents, interviews with managers and staff survey, which took place at the end of the year 2012. The concept of the performance management system meets the general requirements, but generally there are some deficiencies, such as mistakes in the provision of feedback and communication in general, irrelevance or duplication of evaluated criteria and development of staff is not based on the result of evaluation.
