Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou outsourcingu a center sdílených služeb (Shared Services Centers). Zahrnuje úvod do problematiky outsourcingu, jeho historii, životní cyklus a výhody a nevýhody s ním spojené. Práce je dále věnována modelu servisních center, jejich definování, popisu, historii, výhodám a rizikům z nich plynoucích. Dále je v práci rozebrána problematika procesu zavedení účetních center sdílených služeb z teoretického hlediska. Na tuto teoretickou část navazuje případová studie praktického zavedení servisního centra českými podniky. This diploma thesis is focused on the area of outsourcing and Shared Services Centers. It includes an introduction to outsourcing, its history, the life cycle and the advantages and disadvantages associated with it. The paper is than focused on the Shared Services Centers model, their definition, description, history and benefits and risks arising from them. The thesis also analyzes problems of the implementation process of accounting shared services from a theoretical point of view. This theoretical part is followed by a case study about an establishment of SSC by Czech companies.
