Tématem a hlavním cílem diplomové práce je návrh poloautomatického zakládání incidentů v rámci provozního monitoringu České pojišťovny , a to na základě propojení dvou samostatně fungujících aplikací, využívaných v současné době DoC (Dohledovým centrem) ČPOJ. Účelem zavedení nového řešení je úspora času, potřebného pro založení incidentu do SD (Service Desku) a jeho předání konkrétnímu řešiteli, což má v konečném důsledku dopad na celkové snížení času řešení incidentu. Návrh poloautomatického zakládání incidentů je v diplomové práci zpracován v návaznosti na provedenou analýzu aktuálního stavu eskalace incidentů, čehož součástí je i měření délky trvání zakládání incidentů za konkrétní období. Zpracováním návrhu bylo následně uskutečněno jeho testování v neprodukčním prostředí ČPOJ a provedeno měření časů založení incidentů. Na základě výsledků získaných empirickou metodou měření, bylo navrhnuté a otestované řešení doporučeno k nasazení do produkčního prostředí z hlediska konkrétních přínosů pro provozní monitoring ČPOJ. The thesis is focused on design of semi-automatic creation of incidents in the operational monitoring of Czech insurance company, based on the interconnection of two independently functioning applications currently used in the DoC (monitoring center). The purpose of the introduction of the new solution is saving time required for establishing an incident in SD (Service Desk) and its handover to a particular solver, which has a positive impact on the overall time dealing with the incident. Concept of semi-automatic creation of incidents in this thesis is prepared in relation to the analysis of the current state of the escalation of incidents, which included the measurement of the duration of the creation of incidents for a specific period. Final concept was tested in a non-productive environment and had the time of incident establishing measured. Based on the results obtained by empirical measurement method, tested solution was recommended for deployment in the production environment in terms of concrete benefits for operational monitoring ČPOJ.
