Tato diplomová práce zkoumá možnosti českého podnikatele, jak proniknout na americký trh, konkrétně ve státě Delaware. Řeší, zda vůbec a jakým způsobem lze v Delawaru vykonávat podnikatelskou činnost. Analyzuje výběr správného víza, vhodné právní formy společnosti a základní náležitosti pro úspěšné řízení podniku. Podstatný prostor je věnován i rozboru podnikání na dálku, kdy je americká společnost vedena z území České republiky. This thesis explores options how Czech citizens could penetrate American market in Delaware. It finds solutions how to become an entrepreneur in Delaware, if possible. The thesis analyses the best suitable visa, business structure and owner's responsibilities that need to be fulfilled in order to be successful. Substantial part is dedicated to running a business from a distance, in this matter American company that is managed from the Czech Republic.
