Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem společenské odpovědnosti organizace neboli CSR ve vybrané organizaci a hodnoceném podle metodiky KORP. Podle metodiky KORP je provedeno externí hodnocení současného plnění aktivit v oblasti společenské odpovědnosti v organizaci Dopravní podnik hlavního města Prahy, akciová společnost. V teoretické části práce je popsán celý koncept CSR od jeho počátků ve světě i v ČR. Dále následuje výčet pojmů a důležitých aspektů, které jsou důležité pro oblast společenské odpovědnosti. Zároveň je zde detailně popsána hodnocená organizace a vysvětlen pojem stakeholders. V závěru teoretické části je popsán samotná metoda hodnocení KORP. V praktické části práce je provedeno hodnocení společenské odpovědnosti podle jednotlivých kritérií, které vyžaduje metodika KORP a následně na to je provedeno hodnocení. V závěru jsou nastíněny silné stránky organizace a hlavně návrhy na zlepšení. The Bachelor's thesis deals with the theme of social responsibility, or CSR in selected organization and evaluated according to the KORP methodology. According to KORP methodology is performed an external evaluation of the current implemented activities in corporate social responsibility in the organization of Public transport company of Prague, a joint stock company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the whole concept of CSR from its origins in the world and than in the Czech Republic. Also there is an overview of the concepts and the important aspects that are important for the social responsibility. Next part contains detail description of evaluated organization and explanation the concept of stakeholders. At the end of the theoretical part is description of KORP methodology. In the practical part is performed an assessment of CSR in every criteria, which requires KORP methodology and consequently the evaluation is done. The conclusion outlines strengths of the organization and especially improvement suggestions.
