Cílem práce bylo určit tržní hodnotu vlastního kapitálu podniku Česká pošta, s.p. ke dni 31. prosince 2010 za předpokladu, že by podnik nadále plnil současné povinnosti v poskytování služeb, které jsou mu uloženy státem. Práce je koncipována jako znalecký posudek. Skládá ze základních informací o podniku, finanční a strategické analýzy, analýzy a prognózy generátorů hodnoty, na jejichž základě byl sestaven finanční plán podniku pro roky 2011 až 2017, a vlastního ocenění dvěma nezávislými metodami. Těmi jsou metoda DCF Entity a metoda tržního porovnání. Výsledná výnosová hodnota vlastního kapitálu společnosti Česká pošta, s.p. k datu ocenění je 4 333 mil. Kč. The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the company Česká pošta, s.p. as at 31.12.2010 assuming it maintains its obligation to provide existing services. The structure of the thesis has a form of an expert opinion and is divided into five main chapters. It starts with an overview which is followed by the strategic and financial analysis, and analysis and prediction of generators of value. Based on this information the complete financial plan for the years 2011 -2017 has been set up. The value of the company is determined by two methods: DCF Entity and market comparison.
