Bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou veřejných financí a finančních trhů. Autor v teoretické části analyzuje základní pojmy řešené problematiky:veřejné finance, veřejné rozpočty, veřejné příjmy, veřejné výdaje, veřejný dluh, finanční trhy a jejich vzájemné souvislosti. V analytické části se pokouší najít odpověď na otázku, jaké nástroje má stát k dispozici k financování schodku státního dluhu a jak jej financovat z výnosu státních dluhopisů. Bachelor thesis deals with public finance and financial markets. Author analyzes the basic terms of the solved problems in the theoretical part: public finance, public budgets, public revenues, public expenditures, public debt, financial markets and their relations. The analytical part is trying to find an answer to the question, what tools the state have to finance the national debt and how to finance it from the government bond yield.
