Cílem této bakalářské práce je udělat stručný přehled o míře vzdělávaní v pracovním prostředí. Úvodní část práce je věnovaná samotnému pojmu lidský kapitál a jeho významu. Praktická část je zaměřena na míru investice firem v oblasti lidského kapitálu, se zaměřením na český trh. Práce se také zabývá rozdíly ve způsobech a kvalitě tohoto procesu. Snažila jsem se najít odpověď na otázku, zda české firmy investují do lidského kapitálu svých zaměstnanců. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to make a brief overview of the education level in the workplaces. The introductory part of the work is focused on the human capital and its purpose. The practical part is focused on the amount of the investment among companies in the field of human capital on the Czech market. The thesis also deals with the methods and quality of this process. I tried to find an answer to the question whether the Czech companies invest in the human capital of their employees.
