Cílem této práce je hodnocení efektivity vybrané investice a výběr oprimálního způsobu financování. Praktaiacká část této práce je založena na případu vybrané investice a jejím hodnocení pomocí ekonomických ukazatelů jako je ČSHI, Index rentability, VVP, doba návratnosti a volby mezi leasingem a úvěrem jako možných zdrojů financování The main purpose of this work is the effectiveness evaluation of the chosen investment and the choice of the optimal source of financing. The practical part of this work is based on the case of the chosen investment and its evaluation using economic indicators such as NVP, Profitability Index, IRR, Payback Period and the choice between leasing and loan as the financing source
