Transport novorozence patří k výkonům, které nesou vysoká rizika. Prvotní je snaha transportovat rizikového novorozence do centra ,,in utero? (v děloze). Zdravotničtí záchranáři se mohou setkat s porodem mimo nemocniční zařízení, kde musí vyslaná posádka vyřešit samotný porod i transport novorozence s rodičkou do nemocničního zařízení. V bakalářské práci ,,Současná situace transportu novorozenců v jihočeském regionu z pohledu zdravotnického záchranáře? se zabývám organizací a realizací záchranné služby, realizací transportní služby pro novorozence. Dále popisuji klasifikaci novorozence a transportní službu pro novorozence. Důležitým bodem je i resuscitace, a proto je v mé práci popsána. Na výjezdech se s novorozenci nejčastěji setkávají zdravotničtí záchranáři, a proto jejich úlohy, vzdělání a psychosociální zátěž také zpracovávám. The transportation of the newborn is one of the performances, which involves high risks. The main effort is to transport the at risk newborn to the center, ?in utero? (in utero). This is a problem that paramedics may encounter with childbirth outside the hospitals, where they are sent to handle a birth and transport the newborn and the mother to a hospital facility. In this paper, involving a newborn´s transportation in the South Bohemian region from the perspective of paramedic, I deal with the organization and implementation of emergency services and transportation services for the newborn. I describe and classify transport service for the newborn. The important point is the resuscitation which is described in this paper. Paramedics often meet with the newborns on their job, so I also describe their education and psychosocial stress.
