[cze][eng] Záněty plic stále patří mezi nejčastější a nejzávažnější onemocnění v dětském věku. V České republice postihuje zápal plic ročně kolem 30 000 dětí ve věku do pěti let. Celkově zápalem plic onemocní ročně až 100 000 Čechů. I dnes na pneumonie určité procento dětí umírá. Klinický obraz se u akutních pneumonií v posledních letech změnil. Ubylo bakteriálních pneumonií a přibylo pneumonií virového původu. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je uvedeno rozdělení a rozdíly onemocnění pneumonií u dětí, je poukázáno na stálé nebezpečí této nemoci a je zde uveden i přehled poskytované ošetřovatelské péče u dětí s tímto onemocněním. V praktické části výzkumného šetření byly stanoveny 2 cíle, a to zjistit jednak, jaká ošetřovatelská péče u dětí s pneumonií je v současné době poskytována, a jednak míru edukace a znalosti rodičů takto nemocných dětí v domácím prostředí. Na tomto základě byly stanoveny 3 hypotézy. H1: Ošetřovatelská péče u dětí s pneumonií je zaměřena na specifiku daného onemocnění. H2: Rodiče dětí jsou edukováni o ošetřovatelské péči u dětí s pneumoniemi v domácím prostředí. H3: Rodiče dětí mají přehled o prevenci před onemocněním ? pneumonií. Údaje byly zjišťovány metodou kvantitativního výzkumného šetření ve dvou pražských nemocnicích, a to FN Motol a v Nemocnici Na Bulovce na pediatrickém oddělení. Kvantitativní šetření bylo prováděno pomocí dotazníků pro sestry a pro rodiče hospitalizovaných dětí na dětských odděleních FN Motol a Nemocnice Na Bulovce. Výzkumný soubor tvořily hospitalizované děti od 0 do 19 let a jejich rodiče. Dále sestry pracující na pediatrickém oddělení obou nemocnic. Sběr dat probíhal od ledna 2012 do března 2012. Výzkumné šetření v praxi potvrdilo, že ošetřovatelská péče je sestrami poskytována na odpovídající úrovni, je přizpůsobena věku dítěte a zvládnutí úkonů rodiči. Informace, edukace, poučení jsou poskytovány i přes často krátkou dobu hospitalizace dítěte v dostatečné míře. Výzkumným šetřením zaměřeným na rodiče hospitalizovaných dětí bylo zjištěno, že vzhledem ke zdravotnímu stavu svého dítěte velmi ochotně spolupracují, učí se, dříve než jsou propuštěni do domácí péče, zvládnout úkony v péči o dítě v domácím prostředí. Výzkumné šetření ukázalo, že nedostatkem je zapamatování si všech informací. Zde by rodiče uvítali více tištěného materiálu o onemocnění, domácí péči a podrobnější prevenci. Výsledky této práce lze využít pro rodiče i ošetřující personál jako přehled o onemocnění pneumonií u dětí a ošetřovatelské péči věnované těmto dětem, jelikož tomuto tématu je v literatuře zvláště u dětí věnována menší pozornost než u dospělých a kompletní přehled i s návodem péče o dítě s pneumonií zatím není podrobněji uceleně rozepsán. Výstupem je informační brožura pro rodiče dětí s tímto onemocněním zaměřená především na péči o dítě.Pneumonia still belongs to most frequent and most serious disease of child age. In the Czech Republic, approximately 30,000 children at the age within five years are attacked by pneumonia annually. In total, as many as 100,000 Czechs come down with pneumonia every year. Even today, a certain percentage of children die of pneumonia. The clinical picture of acute pneumonias has changed over the last years. The number of bacterial pneumonias has decreased whereas the number of viral ones has increased. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis contains classification and description of differences of pneumonias occurring in children; the persisting hazardous character of this disease is accentuated and the overview of the nursing care for children suffering from this disease is provided as well. The application part of the research determined 2 goals; on the one hand, to discover what nursing care for children with pneumonia is provided currently and on the other hand, the level of education and knowledge on the part of the parents of the children suffering from this disease in home environment. Based on the foregoing, 3 hypotheses were determined. H1: The nursing care for children with pneumonia focuses on specifics of the respective disease. H2: The parents of the children are educated with respect to nursing care for children with pneumonias in home environment. H3: The parents of the children are well-informed of the prevention against the disease - pneumonia. The data were collected by the method of quantitative research in two hospitals in Prague, namely in FN Motol (teaching hospital) and in Nemocnice Na Bulovce (hospital) on the paediatric wards. The quantitative research was executed by means of questionnaires for the nurses and for the parents of the children hospitalized on the paediatric wards of FN Motol and Nemocnice Na Bulovce. The research set consisted of the hospitalized children at the age of 0 to 19 and their parents. In addition to the nurses working on the paediatric wards of both the hospitals. Collection of data proceeded from January 2012 to March 2012. The research confirmed in practice that the nursing care is provided by the nurses at a relevant level that it is accommodated to the child's age and the ability of the parents to cope with the necessary tasks. Information, education, advice are provided regardless of the mostly short period of hospitalization of the child within sufficient extent. The research focused on the parents of the hospitalized children revealed that with respect to the child's health condition, the parents cooperate readily; they learn to cope with the tasks concerning care for the child in home environment before the child is released to home care. The research revealed that the weak side is the remembering of all the necessary facts. Here the parents would welcome more extensive printed material concerning the disease, home care and more detailed prevention. The results of the thesis can be used for the parents as well as the nursing personnel as the overview of the pneumonia disease in children and the nursing care devoted to such children as this issue is paid less attention in the information sources than in the case of adult patients, and a comprehensive overview containing a guide to care for child with pneumonia has not been published in an integral form yet. The output is the information booklet for the parents of the children with this disease, focused in particular on the care for the child.
