Práce je teoretického charakteru a je zaměřená na mapování sociálního zabezpečení policistů po ukončení služebního poměru. Zabývá se problematikou výsluhových náležitostí po aktivním výkonu služby. Na sled zákonů je nahlíženo kriticky a ve prospěch policistů. Dále je zaměřena na vývoj sociálního zabezpečení policie v její historii. Bachelor thesis is on the theoretical basis and focused on the mapping policemen´s social security after the termination of service. It deals with the issues of terms of pensions after the end of active duty. The sequence of laws is viewed critically and in favour of policemen. It is focused on the development of social security of police in their history.
