[cze][eng] Kolik stojí zdraví české seniory Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice seniorů, respektive jednomu specifickému aspektu této populační skupiny. Jsou jím nutné vysoké náklady této populace na léky, výdaje vynaložené za prohlídky u odborných lékařů, ošetření na pohotovosti či výše financí za hospitalizaci v nemocnici. Celou škálu těchto aspektů jsem shrnula do práce s názvem. Kolik stojí zdraví české seniory. Toto téma je vysoce aktuální z důvodu demografického vývoje v ČR, kde přibývá a bude přibývat seniorů. Tedy i potenciálně nemocných či chronicky nemocných osob, které jsou na zdravotní péči a medikamentózní léčbě závislé. Dalším aspektem je probíhající důchodová a zdravotnická reforma, které mají za následek další a rozsáhlejší finanční dopady na tuto nízko-příjmovou populaci. Práci jsem rozdělila do dvou základních částí. Část teoretická představuje vstup do problematiky zdraví, zdraví seniorů a jejich specifických potřeb. V praktické části prezentuji vlastní výzkum, který jsem prováděla na vybrané skupině seniorů žijících v domácnosti a v Domově pro seniory v Třeboni. Hlavním kritériem pro výběr respondentů byl věk (65 a více let) a místo bydliště (Třeboň a její místní části). Práce byla zpracována za využití kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Data byla získána prostřednictvím metody dotazování, technikou anonymního dotazníku. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 105 respondenty. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda se liší finanční náklady seniorů žijících v domácnosti a klientů DPS, dále zda se liší náklady podle pohlaví a zda vynaloží senioři více finančních prostředků za výživové doplňky nebo za léky předepsané lékařem. Výzkumem jsem mj. zjistila, že navzdory předpokladům vynaloží senioři více financí za nezbytné léky, které jim předepíše odborník, a které jsou kvůli svému zdravotnímu stavu nuceni užívat, než za výživové doplňky, které doprovází masivní reklama. V souvislosti s výší příjmů seniorů a nutnými náklady se proto domnívám, že doplňky hromadně nenakupují především z důvodu finančního, protože jim již na zbytné produkty nezbývají prostředky. Některé výstupy výzkumu bych ráda hlouběji řešila i v rámci diplomové práce, protože tento problém se bude týkat stále většího počtu lidí a v mezičase se ještě změní některé důležité vstupy jako je cena léků, cena pobytu v nemocnici, poplatek za vyšetření atp.How Much Is the Health of the Elderly in the Czech Republic The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the elderly and is focused above all on one specific aspect of this population group - on necessary, high costs of medicines, expenses spent on examinations by specialists, treatment at the medical emergency or high costs spent on hospitalization. The thesis called. How Much Is the Health of the Elderly in the Czech Republic summarizes the whole range of these aspects. This issue is a current topic because of demographic trends in the Czech Republic, where the number of the elderly has been increasing and will increase in future. Thus, potentially ill or chronically ill people who are dependent on health care and medical treatment. Another aspect of this issue is ongoing pension and healthcare reforms that result in further and more extent financial impacts on this low-income group of population. The work was divided into two basic parts. The theoretical part introduces the issue of health, health of the elderly and their specific needs. The practical part presents my own research carried out on the group of the elderly who live in their own homes or in the Care House in Třeboň. The main criterion was age (65 and more) and the place of residence (Třeboň and its surroundings).The method of quantitative research a questionnaire were applied. The data were collected by means of questioning and by the method of an anonymous questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 105 respondents. The objective was to find out whether the financial costs and expenses of the elderly living in their own homes differ from those of the elderly living in the Care House in Třeboň, whether the costs differ according to sex and whether the elderly spend more on nutritional supplements or on the medicines prescribed to them. I revealed by the research, among others, that despite the expectations, the elderly spend more financial means on necessary medicines, prescribed by a specialist which they have to take due to their health condition, than on nutritional supplements that are accompanied by massive advertising. In connection with incomes of the elderly I therefore believe, that the elderly do not buy the supplements in bulk due to the lack of financial means. I would like to address some research outputs in detail within the thesis, since this issue will involve an increasing number of people and in the meantime some key inputs such as the price of medicines, the price of hospital stay, examination fee etc. will change.
