[cze][eng] Téma diplomové práce je zaměřeno na aspekty ošetřovatelské péče v dětské hematoonkologii a jejich dopad na sestry. Nádorová onemocnění u dětí jsou v České republice druhou nejčastější příčinou úmrtí v dětském věku. Incidence dětských nádorových onemocnění stoupla počátkem druhé poloviny minulého století přibližně o 1 % za rok, ale od konce 80. let již není vzestup výskytu patrný. Nádory v dětském věku nejčastěji vznikají v krvetvorné tkáni a řadí se na první místo z jednotlivých druhů nádorů u dětí. Práce je členěna do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část popisuje v jednotlivých kapitolách problematiku dětské hematoonkologie, hospitalizovaného dítěte a jeho potřeb, role sestry, zátěže psychické i fyzické, syndromu vyhoření a duševní hygieny. Praktická část měla za úkol ověření třech cílů. Prvním cílem bylo zjistit specifika práce sester na dětské hematoonkologii. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit, jaké nároky jsou kladeny na sestry pracující na dětské hematoonkologii. Třetím cílem bylo zjistit, jak sestry pracující na tomto oddělení zvládají psychickou zátěž. K dosažení cílů byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, formou polostandardizovaného rozhovoru a dvou standardizovaných dotazníků. Výzkumný vzorek byl tvořen třinácti sestrami pracujícími na jednotce dětské hematoonkologie. Z toho byly tři sestry z nemocnice České Budějovice, dvě sestry z Fakultní nemocnice Motol v Praze, pět sester z Fakultní nemocnice Brno a tři sestry z fakultní nemocnice Olomouc. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že sestry považují práci na oddělení dětské hematoonkologie za velmi odbornou. Specifika svého oddělení shledávají sestry různorodě. Za největší specifika považuje většina dotazovaných sester přítomnost rodičů na oddělení, dlouhodobou hospitalizaci dětí a práci s cytostatiky. Nároky na práci sester jsou dle jejich výpovědi značné. Jejich práce klade zvýšené nároky na znalosti a manuální zručnost. Za největší zátěž považují zátěž psychickou, zejména v oblasti péče o dítě v terminálním stádiu a jeho následné úmrtí. Z rozhovorů vyplynulo, že většina sester je na oddělení spokojena. Svou práci považují za velice rozmanitou a specifickou. Výstupem diplomové práce bude vytvoření power pointové prezentace (Příloha č.7), která bude použita jako prezentační materiál na V. Mezinárodní konferenci na téma Současnost a budoucnost ošetřovatelství a porodní asistence, která proběhne ve dnech 6. ? 7. září 2012 v Českých Budějovicích. Dále je v plánu vytvořit z těchto materiálů odborný článek a následně jej publikovat v recenzovaném časopise se zdravotnickou tématikou.Thesis is focused on aspects of nursing care in a child hematooncology and their impact on nurses. Cancer by children in the Czech Republic are the second leading cause of death in childhood. The incidence of childhood cancer has increased at the beginning of the second half of last century by about 1 % per year, but since the late 80 years is no longer apparent increase in incidence. Tumors in children most often arise in hematopoietic tissue and ranks at the top of the various types of tumors in children. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the problems in each chapter hematooncology children, hospitalized child and his needs, the role of nurses, mental and physical workload, burnout and mental hygiene. The practical part was the task of verifying three goals. The first objective was to find out the specifics of children's nurses work hematooncology. The second objective was to find out what demands are made for nurses working in child hematooncology. The third objective was to find out how nurses working in this department handle mental stress. To achieve the objective method was used qualitative research project, in the form of two half standardized interview and standardized questionnaires. The research sample consisted of thirteen nurses working on the unit hematoonklogie children. Of which there were three sisters from České Budějovice Hospital, two nurses from University Hospital Motol in Prague, five sisters from the University Hospital Brno and three nurses from University Hospital Olomouc. It emerged from research that nurses consider the work of the department for children hematooncology very professional. The specifics of their department nurses find different ways. The greatest majority of respondents consider the specifics of the presence of parents in the nursing department, long-term hospitalization of children and work with cytostatics. Demands on the work of nurses according to their testimony are significant. Their work places increased demands on the skills and manual dexterity. They consider the greatest burden as the psychological burden, especially in the care of a child with end stage, and his subsequent death. The interviews revealed that most nurses in the department are satisfied. They consider their work is very diverse and specific. The output of the thesis will be creating a Power Point presentation (Annax n. 7) that will be used as presentation material at the Fifth International Conference on Present and Future of Nursing and Midwifery, which will be held on 6 - 7 September 2012 in the České Budějovice. It is planned to make these materials and technical paper subsequently published in peer-reviewed medical journal with the theme.
