Inkontinencí trpí především ženy. Toto onemocnění velmi často narušuje jejich bio-psycho-sociální potřeby, které nejsou adekvátně uspokojeny. Zároveň se promítá do všech sfér jejich života, kdy se ženy musí kvůli inkontinenci velmi omezovat ve svém osobním, společenském a pracovním životě. Tato bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na informovanost žen o možnostech léčby inkontinence. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie močového ústrojí, možnosti léčby inkontinence a ošetřovatelská péče porodní asistentkou o ženu s inkontinencí.Výzkumná data pro zpracování praktické části bakalářské práce byla získána pomocí kvantitativního výzkumného šetření. Sběr dat probíhal pomocí dotazníků. Dotazník byl určen ženám všech věkových kategorií v Českokrumlovském regionu.Pro výzkum v praktické části byly zvoleny tři cíle. Prvním cílem bylo zjistit informovanost žen o možnostech operativní léčby inkontinence. Druhý cíl byl zaměřen na informovanost žen o možnostech konzervativní léčby inkontinence. Třetím cílem bylo zjistit, jaké léčbě by ženy daly přednost při stresové inkontinenci. Na základě těchto cílů byly stanoveny tři hypotézy.Hypotéza 1 ? Ženy mají informace o operativní léčbě stresové inkontinence?? nebyla potvrzena. Hypotéza 2 ? Ženy nemají informace o konzervativní léčbě inkontinence??. Tato hypotéza byla potvrzena. Cíl 2 byl splněn. Hypotéza 3 ? Ženy dají přednost operativní léčbě stresové inkontinence ?? nebyla potvrzena. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že by se mělo zvýšit povědomí žen o kvalifikaci a kompetencích porodní asistentky, které by jim mohly s problémem pomoci. K tomuto účely by mohla sloužit informační brožura, kde by ženy našly tyto informace, a zároveň informace týkající se léčby inkontinence. Women in particular suffer from urinary incontinence. This disease affects very often their bio-psycho-social needs which are not met adequately. At the same time, it is reflected in all spheres of women's life and women have to limit their needs relating to the personal, social and work life and that because of incontinence. This thesis was focused on the awareness of women about possibilities of treatment for urinary incontinence. In the theoretical part, there is described anatomy of urinary system, possibilities of treatment for urinal incontinence and nursing care provided by a midwife and that of a woman suffering from urinal incontinence. The research data for processing of the practical part of the thesis were obtained through quantitative research. The data were collected by means of questionnaires. The questionnaires was intended for women of every age in the disrict of Český Krumlov. Three aims were chosen for the research in the practical part. The first aim was to find out the awareness of women about possibilities of a surgery of incontinence. The second aim was focused on the awareness of women about possibilities of a conservative treatment for incontinence. The third aim was to find out whitch treatment women should prefer in the case of stress incontinence. Three hypotheses were determined on the basis of these aims. Hypothesis 1 ?Women have information about the surgical treatmet for stress incontinence? was not confirmed. Hypothesis 2 ?Women do not have information about the conservative treatment for incontinence?. This hypothesis was confirmed. The aim 2 was fulfilled. Hypothesis 3 ?Women prefer the surgical treatment in the case of stress incontinence? was not confirmed. The results show that the awareness of women should be increased and that about qualification and competens of the midwife who could help them with their problem. An information booklet could serve for these purposes and women could find there this kind if information and also the information relating to the treatment for incontinence.
