[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce s názvem ?Péče o fyziologického novorozence v prvních týdnech po propuštění z porodnice?, má charakter kvalitativního výzkumu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je charakterizován fyziologický novorozenec a základy péče o novorozence v domácím prostředí. Tato práce se rovněž zabývala preventivní péčí o novorozence. Dále je v této práci charakterizován vývoj dítěte v jednotlivých měsících, od narození až do 1 roku. V praktické části je výzkum zaměřený na zjišťování úrovně a dostupnosti komunitní péče o novorozence, informovanosti matek o péči v domácím prostředí a jaká je spokojenost s jednotlivými subjekty poskytujícími péči novorozencům po propuštění. Cílem práce bylo zodpovědět, jaká je úroveň ošetřovatelské péče o novorozence a komunikace s rodiči ze strany zdravotnického personálu v období od propuštění z porodnice do 6 týdnů věku, z pohledu rodičů. Ke zpracování dané problematiky a zjištění již zmiňovaného cíle bylo zvoleno kvalitativní výzkumné šetření pomocí nestandardizovaného rozhovoru, který proběhl celkem s osmi ženami. Na základě výsledků byly zodpovězeny tyto výzkumné otázky. Jsou porodní asistentky a dětské sestry v terénu schopny naplňovat představy rodičů v péči o jejich dítě při zachování odpovídajícího stupně odbornosti? Jaké mají matky priority při komunikaci se zdravotníky? Navštěvují porodní asistentky či dětské sestry novorozence v domácím prostředí? Jsou zásahy porodní asistentky do péče o novorozence podle rodičů kvalifikované? Výsledky a poznatky z této bakalářské práce mohou sloužit všem pracovníkům v terénní péči jako cenný zdroj informací o přáních a pocitech matek v současné době na straně jedné, a o odborné úrovni péče na straně druhé. Součástí práce je i ?Desatero pro pracovníky v terénní péči o matku a novorozence.?The bachelor´s work of the title ?The care of the physiological newborn in the first weeks after the hospital discharge?, i of a quality research nature. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the physiological newborn and the home care essentials are characterized. This work also deals with the preventive care of the newborn. The work further presents single stages of a child development from birth up to the age of one year. In the practitcal research focuses on finding out the level and availability of the community care for newborn babies, how mothers are informed about the home care and the level of satisfaction with different subjects providing care to newborn babies after the hospital discharge. The aim of the work was to anter the question about the level of the nursing care of a newborn baby and communication with parents from the side of medical staff within periods from the maternity hospital discharge to the age of six keks from the parents point of view. To process these problems and to find out the above mentioned aim, it was chosen a quality research investigation by means of a non-standardized interview with eight women. On the basis of the results werw answered these research questions. Are midwives and paediatric nurses in the community able to fill in the imaginations of parents concerning the care of their child while having a corresponding level of professional training? What are mothers priorities while communicating with the medical staff? Do midwives of paediatric nurses visit newborn babies in their home background? Are, according to the parents, a midwife ´s interventions in the care of a newborn baby qualified? The results and knowledge of this bachelor´s work may serve all workers in the community care as a valuable source of information about the wishes and feelings of mothers at the present time on one side, and about the professional level of the care on the other side. A part of the work is the Ten Commandments for workers in the community care of mother and a newborn baby.
