Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, co je pro ženy po operaci gigantomastie nejdůležitější v ošetřovatelské péči. Zda jsou ženy dostatečně seznámeny před operacís ošetřovatelskou péčí a možnými pooperačními komplikacemi. Dalším cílem je zjistit možné rozdíly v předoperační a pooperační ošetřovatelské péči po gigantomastii, kterou poskytuje soukromá klinika a nemocniční zařízení. Posledním cílem této práce je zjistit,zda u klientek po redukční operaci prsů došlo ke zmírnění či úplnému vymizení obtíží.Z výzkumného šetření můžeme vyvodit několik závěrů. Ženy podstupují redukční operaci prsů především z důvodů fyzických obtíží. Klientky jsou seznámeny s možnými pooperačními komplikacemi pouze formou informovaného souhlasu. Došli jsmek závěru, že přístup sester i ošetřovatelská péče se na obou pracovištích různí. Klientky¨oceňují psychologický a empatický přístup sester. Ze závěrečného šetření s půlročním odstupem vyplynulo, že se očekávané výsledky dostavily. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out the most important aspects of nursing care for women after gigantomasty operation. Whether women are sufficiently informed before the operation on nursing care and on possible postoperation complications. Another aim was to find out possible differences between preand post-operation care provided by a private clinic and a hospital facility. The last aimwas to find out whether somatic problems have been reduced or completely removedin clients after breast reduction surgery. Several conclusions can be drawn from the research. Women undertake breast reduction surgery mainly because of their physicalproblems. Clients are only notified of possible post-operation complications by meansof informed consent. We have come to a conclusion that the approach of nurses as wellas nursing care differ at both the workplaces. Clients appreciate psychological and emphatic approach of nurses. A final survey carried out half a year later showed that the expected results came true.
