Ve světě se obezita čím dál více rozmáhá, a proto je v bakalářské práci poukázáno na jednu z mnoha možností chirurgických řešení obezity. Obezita je v dnešní době nejčastěji se vyskytující onemocnění, zejména ve vyspělých zemích. Toto onemocnění je považováno za závažné, především proto, že obezita s sebou přináší mnoho komplikací a zároveň lidem s touto nemocí zkracuje život. Sledování obezity poukazuje na to, že v dnešní době obezitou trpí kolem padesáti procent populace. Cílem bakalářské práce je poukázat na specifika v předoperační a pooperační ošetřovatelské péči. Dílčím cílem je poukázat na komplexnost informací, které jsou pacientům podávány sestrami, popřípadě standardními deficity v souhrnu těchto informací. Obesity is spreading throughout the world, therefore this thesis points at one of many possibilities of surgical solutions of obesity. Especially in developed countries, obesity is the most common diseases in these days. This disease is considered to be serious, because it is followed by many complications and shortens life to people suffering with this disease. Observation of obesity shows that around fifty percent of population suffers with obesity in these days. Objective of the bachelor thesis is to point out the specifics of preoperative and post-operative nursing care. Partial objective is to show the complexity of the information provided to the patients by nurses and point out deficits in provided information.
