Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat principy animace v Klubu mladých při ZŠ Vodičkova, které vychovatelé při své práci využívají. Úvodní část je věnována představení zkoumané organizaci. V další kapitole vymezuji pojem animace a následně představuji důležité činitele ovlivňující uplatňování principů animace v Klubu mladých. Hlavní činitelé, které práce zmiňuje: práce se skupinou a jedincem, komunikace ve výchovném procesu, osobnost vychovatele. V posledních kapitolách se práce věnuje uplatňování animačních technik v praxi Klubu mladých, který je rozdělen do tří částí: volný klub, pravidelné kroužky, nepravidelné akce. Bachelor thesis aims to describe the principles of animation in the Youth Club at school Vodickova, which educators use in their work. The introductory part is devoted to the presentation of the organization. In the next chapter I define the concept of animation and then are important factors affecting the principles of animation in the Youth Club. The main issues that are mentioned in thesis: work with group and individual, communication in the educational process, the personality of the educator. In the last chapters of the thesis deals with the application of animation techniques in practice of Youth Club, which is divided into three parts: a free club, regular clubs, irregular activities.
