Předmětem bakalářské práce "Trh práce v České republice a ve Francii" je analýza obou trhů práce a jejich komparace. Trh práce je ovlivněn strukturou ekonomiky, Česká republika je orientována především průmyslově a proexportně, zatímco Francie je orientována na služby, a to zejména na cestovní ruch. V první části jsou uvedeny základní teoretické poznatky týkající se trhu práce. Druhá část je zaměřena na vlivy, které podobu trhu práce ovlivňují. Je uvedena národnostní, demografická, vzdělanostní a ekonomická struktura obou států. V další části je analyzována zaměstnanost v odvětvích národního hospodářství, produktivita práce a především nezaměstnanost. Z provedené analýzy byly zjištěny hlavní odlišnosti trhu práce ve Francii a v České republice, které se týkají zaměstnanosti podle výše vzdělání, míry ekonomické aktivity, počtu obyvatel pracujících v průmyslu, produktivity práce, zaměstnanosti na částečný úvazek, výše minimální mzdy a také nezaměstnanosti. The subject of the bachelor thesis "The labor market in the Czech Republic and in France" is an analysis of both labor markets and their comparison. The labor market is affected by the economic structure, the Czech Republic is focused primarily industrially and export oriented while France is oriented on services, especially tourism. The first part describes the basic theoretical knowledge regarding the labor market. The second part focuses on the influences which shape the labor market. There is mentioned ethnic, demographic, educational and economic structure of both markets. The next section analyzes the employment rate in the national economy, labor productivity and focuses primarily on unemployment. The analysis identifies major differences in the labor market in France and in the Czech Republic concerning employment according to education level, economic activity rate, population working in industry, labor productivity, part-time employment, minimum wage and unemployment.
