Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat intervenční pohybový program pro seniory s využitím psychomotorických cvičení a sledovat jeho vliv na psychomotorické a paměťové schopnosti této cílové skupiny. Soubor testovaných osob tvořilo 10 seniorů ve věku od 59 do 69 let. Pro diagnostiku vlivu intervenčního programu byly použity tři standardizované psychomotorické testy pohybových schopností a dovedností a komplexní paměťový test. Výzkum byl vyhodnocen porovnáním výsledků prováděných testů na počátku, v průběhu a na konci intervenčního programu. Z výsledků šetření vyplývá, že intervenční pohybový program měl pozitivní vliv na psychomotorické a paměťové schopnosti seniorů a lze jej doporučit edukátorům pro práci s klienty této cílové skupiny. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to develop an intervention motion program for seniors using psychomotor exercises and monitor its impact on psychomotor and memory capabilities of the target group. Set of test subjects consisted of 10 seniors aged 59 to 69 years. To diagnose the impact of the intervention program were used three standardized tests of psychomotor skills and physical skills and a comprehensive memory test. The research was evaluated by comparing the results of tests at the beginning, during and at the end of the intervention program. The investigation shows that the motion of the intervention program had a positive effect on psychomotor and memory abilities of seniors and can be recommended educators to work with clients of the target group.
