Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá gemmoterapií, jako alternativním způsobem terapie a regenerace lidského organismu. Cílem práce je tvorba výukového materiálu a jeho ověření studenty oboru Výchova ke zdraví Pedagogické fakulty Jihočeské Univerzity v Českých Budějovicích. Teoretická část zahrnuje podrobnou systematickou rešerši dostupné české i zahraniční odborné literatury s cílem efektivně a dostatečně seznámit vyučující se základní teorií a filozofií gemmoterapie. V úvodu seznamuji čtenáře s historií využívání přírodních zdrojů k regeneraci organismu, popisuji situaci v současnosti a uvádím fakta o vzniku gemmoterapie. Dále uvádím základní principy, které gemmoterapie používá a rozdělení produktů. Také zmiňuji srovnání české a světové, zejména francouzské, gemmoterapie a jejich specifika. Za důležité považuji i uvedení krátké kapitoly z fytosociologie stromů. V praktické části popisuji tvorbu výukového plánu a výukového materiálu. Dále zahrnuje empirická část popis jednotlivých učebních bloků a jako přílohu obsahuje tato práce výukové powerpointové prezentace. Následně popisuji metodologii výzkumu, přípravu a průběh dotazníkového šetření, jeho výsledky a shrnutí. Ze získaných dat je patrné, že vytvořený výukový program je efektivní a lze jej použít k výuce nové regenerační metody - gemmoterapii. The present Bachelor Thesis deals with gemmotherapy as an alternative method of therapy and regeneration of human organism. The aim of the Thesis is creation of a tutorial and its verification by students of the Health Education course of the Faculty of Education, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The theoretical part includes a detailed systematic review of available Czech as well as foreign specialised literature in view of an effective and sufficient presentation of basic theory and philosophy of gemmotherapy to teachers. The introductory part makes readers familiar with history and use of natural resources for regeneration of the organism; it describes the current situation and presents the facts concerning the arising of gemmotherapy. This is followed by basic principles which are used by gemmotherapy and by distribution of products. A comparison of Czech and world (especially French) gemmotherapy and particular specifics are mentioned as well. An important part is formed of a short chapter from the field of phytosociology of trees. The practical part describes creation of the tutorial - teaching plan and teaching materials. This part is followed by the methodology of research, preparation and course of a questionnaire survey, its results and summary. It is clear from the data acquired that the tutorial created is effective and that it can be used for the teaching of the new regeneration method - gemmotherapy.
