[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce má poukázat na problematiku drogové závislosti u dětí a mladistvých, konkrétně pak na způsob léčby této specifické klientely. Téma návykových látek mezi mládeží je naléhavým problémem naší současné společnosti. Statistické údaje ukazují, že trend zneužívání drog je v období dospívání nejvýraznější. Dále dle statistik každoročně vzrůstá počet uživatelů legálních, ale i nelegálních látek. Znepokojující je skutečnost, že drogová závislost prostupuje stále do nižších věkových skupin a není již problémem jen dospělých nebo mladistvých, ale také dětí. V teoretické části jsem obsáhla specifika drogové závislosti, účinky drog, jejich rozšíření a rizika ve vztahu k dětem a dospívajícím, dále jsem se věnovala systému léčby pro uživatele návykových látek a na závěr jsem se zabývala specifickými metodami a přístupy při práci s drogově závislými nezletilými klienty. V empirické části bylo mým cílem vydefinovat specifika léčby závislostí na psychoaktivních látkách u dětí a mladistvých. Konkrétně jsem se zabývala jejich motivací k léčbě, dále metodami a důležitými aspekty při práci s touto specifickou klientelou a také otázkou indikace substituční léčby. Jako metodu sběru dat jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkumu s technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor byl vybrán na základně kvótního výběru, kdy kvótou je odborný pracovník v léčebně resocializačním zařízení pro děti a mládež, dále region hlavního města Prahy a pracovní zařazení (psycholog, terapeut, sociální pracovník, lékař). Mého výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 10 respondentů. V diskuzi jsem porovnávala výsledky získané vlastním výzkumem s teorií a jinými studiemi zabývajícími se stejnou problematikou. Na závěr své práce jsem stanovila tři hypotézy. Po vyhodnocení své výzkumné sondy a prohloubení si znalostí daného tématu si myslím, že je potřeba více se na tuto specifickou klientelu zaměřit a věnovat jí více pozornosti než doposud.This Bachelor?s Thesis shall point out the problem of children and teen drug addiction, specifically the way of treatment of this specific group. The topic of addictive drugs among youth is an acute problem of our current society. Statistics show that the trend of drug abuse is the most significant during adolescence. Statistics further refer to an increasing number of legal as well as illegal drug users. Alarming is the fact that drug addiction infiltrates to lower and lower age groups and it is not the problem of just adults or teens any more but also children. In the theoretical part I covered specifics of drug addiction, drug effects, their distribution and risks in relation to children and teens. Further I attended to the system of drug user treatment and in conclusion I dealt with specific methods and approaches when working with underage drug addicts. In the empirical part I aimed to define the treatment specifics of psychoactive drug dependence of children and teens. I specifically dealt with their treatment motivation, further with the methods and important aspects when working with this specific group and also the question of replacement therapy indication. I chose a qualitative research with the semi-structured interview to be the method of data collection. The research file was selected on the basis of a quota sampling, when the quota is a specialist in a rehabilitative medical facility for children and teens, the region of the capital city of Prague and a position (psychologist, therapist, social worker, doctor). In total 10 respondents took part in my research. In the discussion I compared the own research results to the theory and other studies dealing with the same issue. In conclusion of my thesis I defined three hypotheses. After an assessment of my research and deepening the knowledge of the appropriate topic I think that it is necessary to focus more on this specific group and to pay more attention to it than it has been so far.
