[cze][eng] Mateřská centra začala vznikat spontánně od roku 1992 dle vzoru mateřských center v Německu založených na principu vzájemné pomoci. V současné době je mnoho i komerčních subjektů využívajících tohoto názvu. Občanské sdružení Síť mateřských center vzniklo v roce 2001 a zastřešuje cca 330 mateřských center, která se hlásí k původní myšlence a dnes i rozšířenému poslání posilování hodnot rodiny a mezigeneračních vztahů, úlohy rodičů, mateřské a otcovské role ve společnosti, právní ochrany rodiny a rovných příležitostí pro všechny a podpory zdravého života ve zdravém prostředí. Mateřská centra vznikala a vznikají ve velkoměstech, menších a malých městech, ale také na vesnicích. Provozovatelé mateřského centra jsou často jejich přímými uživateli si sami určují náplň svých aktivit, dle svých přání a tím jsou mateřská centra ve svých aktivitách pestrá. Výzkumná část této bakalářské práce zmapovala centra a nabídku jejich služeb, kdy mateřská centra v současné době plní svoji komunikační a zprostředkovací funkci mezi rodinou s malými dětmi a společností. Mateřská centra vytváří bezpečný a otevřený prostor pro setkávání se a zároveň též prostor pro posilování role rodiny v dnešní společnosti. Současní klienti mateřských center, ale mají vyšší požadavky než jejich předchůdci před dvaceti lety a požadují i aktivity na poli vzdělávacím, kulturním a sportovním. V současné době si klienti přejí, aby mateřská centra byla nositelkou tradic a pomáhala při podpoře zdravého životního stylu. Mateřská centra mají svoji nezastupitelnou úlohu v depistáži patologických jevů v rodině a jsou nápomocna v laické primární prevenci. Profesionalizace sociálních služeb v mateřských centrech naráží na krátkodobé vazby na aktivity center a také na nezájem ze strany provozovatelů a uživatelů. Důležitou úlohu plní mateřská centra na poli komunálních občanských aktivit, kdy na jejich popud vznikají nové prostory či aktivity přátelské rodině. V letošním roce probíhají oslavy dvacetiletého výročí založení prvního mateřského centra a výzkumné šetření této bakalářská práce bude pro Síť mateřských center vhodným materiálem k zhodnocení stávajícího stavu nabízených služeb a také jako možná orientace budoucího vývoje mateřských center. Dne 25.4. 2012 proběhla v prostorách rodinného centra Haštalská YMCA Praha diskuse u kulatého stolu, kde bylo využito výsledků výzkumného šetření této bakalářské práce.The establishment of children?s centres started in 1992 spontaneously and following the children?s centres principal in Germany, a principal of mutual help. Presently, there are many entities ? also commercial ones ? using this name. The Citizens Association called Children?s Centres Network was established in 2001 and it is the umbrella organisation of approx. 330 children?s centres, which declare their alignment with both the original idea and with the well spread role of supporting the family values and inter-generation relations, role of parents, mother and father role within the society, family legal protection and equal opportunities and support of healthy life in healthy environment. Children?s centres have been established in big cities, towns and also in villages. The children?s centres operators are usually also their direct users and they define their activities according to their own wishes, and therefore the children?s centres offer a large variety of activities. The research part of the thesis mapped the centres and the offer of their services; children?s centres fulfil their communication and intermediation function between families with small children and the society. Children?s centres create both safe and open space for meeting with other people and for strengthening the role of family in the present society. However, current clients of children?s centres have higher requirements as compared to their predecessors 20 years ago and they request educational, cultural and sporting activities. Nowadays, the clients wish the children?s centres to be the tradition bearers and to help with the support of healthy life style. Children?s centres play an irreplaceable role in identifying pathological phenomena in families and they help with the primary lay prophylaxis. The professionalization of social service provided in children?s centres stumbles over short-term links to the activities in the centres and over the operators? and users? lack of interest. The children?s centres play a significant role in local civil activities, when new family friendly locations or activities are created. This year the 20th anniversary of establishment of first children?s centres is celebrated and the research in this bachelor?s thesis will be useful material for the called Children?s Centres Network in order to assess and evaluate the currently offered service and it may also provide the possible direction of the future development in children?s centres. A round table discussion took place in the Haštalská YMCA Praha Family Centre on 25th April 2012, where the research results of this thesis were used.
