Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vnitřního prostředí vybraného podniku a na základě zjištěných poznatků a provedení analýzy vnějšího prostředí zhotovit SWOT analýzu a následné navržení optimální strategie směřující ke zlepšení současného stavu. The aim of this work is to evaluate the internal environment of the company and selected based on the findings and analysis of the external environment make the SWOT analysis and the subsequent design of optimal strategy for improving the current situation.
