Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku kázně ve výuce na střední odborné škole s gastronomickým zaměřením. Cílovou skupinu tvoří učitelé a žáci Střední školy a Vyšší odborné školy cestovného ruchu v Českých Budějovicích. Práce je rozčleněna do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou porovnávány různé pohledy odborníků na pojem kázeň ve vyučování, na kompetence a autoritu učitele. V praktické části jsou stanoveny cíle výzkumu, metody výzkumu a interpretace výsledků výzkumu. Výzkumnými předpoklady bylo, že žáci i učitelé mají na nekázeň ve vyučování shodný nebo podobný náhled, všeobecně jim nekázeň vadí. Tyto předpoklady se ve výsledcích potvrdily. Bachelor thesis is focused on the problems of disciplin at teachings at secondary special school with gastronomy orientation. Target group is teachers and pupils of Secondary School and College for Tourist Industry in České Budějovice. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part various points of view of specialists on the concept of disciplin at teachings, competence and authority of a teacher are compared. In the practical part, aims of research, methods of research and interpretation of observed results are appointed. In the result, these assumptions were confirmed.
