Bakalářská práce se zabývá reakcí odrůd brambor na desikaci množitelských porostů. Cílem práce bylo sledování o ukončování vegetace u vybraných odrůd v množitelských porostech, zda nedochází k výskytu obrostů, které v roce 2011 až na silný porost nebyli znatelné ani na plochách sadbových a konzumních brambor. Také byl sledován výskyt vločkovitosti na sadbových odrůdách a to na odrůdách Impala, Rosara, Adéla, Marabel, Princess, Ditta, Laura, Belana, Baccara, Marena. Vztah termínu dedikace a sklizně a reakce vybrané odrůdy Ditta na účinnost desikační látky desikantem Reglone a Basta15 zda nedochází k obrostům a která desikační látka je účinnější. Získané výsledky u odrůd v roce 2011. Podle stupnice VÚB Havlíčkův Brod pro hodnocení výskytu vločkovitosti hlíz (Rhizocotonii solani) je uvedeno procentuální zastoupení vločkovitosti na hlízách brambor. Data byla získána z vlastního hodnocení v Agropodniku Košetice, a.s. Ve sledovaném roce 2011 bylo hodnoceno celkem 10 odrůd na výskyt vločkovitosti a reakce vybrané odrůdy Ditta na účinnost desikační látky desikantem Reglone a Basta15 zda nedochází k obrostům a která desikační látka je účinnější.
