Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací studentů ke studiu na středních odborných učilištích a postoji žáků ke studiu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popsání a rozdělení motivace, zvyšování a rozvíjení motivace dospívajících a jejich volbu budoucího povolání. Pro lepší porozumění je v práci přiblíženo období adolescence, socializace, vliv rodiny, školy a vrstevnické skupiny. Pro praktickou část byly stanoveny předpoklady, které se týkají motivace studentů a jejich postojů ke studiu. Předpoklady jsou ověřovány pomocí výzkumné sondy, která měla podobu dotazníku. Dotazník obsahuje 10 otázek rozdělených na dvě části. První část je zaměřena na zjištění druhu motivace studentů, se kterým na daném oboru studují. Druhá část dotazníku je zaměřena na zjištění postojů studentů ke studiu. Respondenty byli studenti středního odborného učiliště ve Volyni a ve Strakonicích. This bachelor work is concerned with student´s motivation for studying and their position for studying at special middle schools. The theoretical part is concentred in describing and dividing motivation, in advancing and cultivating of adolescents´s motivation and adolescents´ choices of future profession. For better understanding there is analysed period of adolescent, socialization, influence of family, school and contemporaries at work. There were set presumptions of student´s motivation and their position for studying for the practical part. Presumptions are verified by experimental explorer, which was a question blank. The question blank has 10 questions divided into two parts. The first part is concentred in discovering the type of student´s motivation. The second part is concentred in discovering the student´s position for studying. The informants were the students of the special middle school at Volyně and Strakonice.
