Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pozemkovými úpravami v České republice a ve spolkové zemi Bavorsko. Cílem práce je ukázat, jak celý proces pozemkových úprav probíhá v České republice, kterému nejdříve předchází zmínka o historii pozemkových úprav, a především ukázat tento proces ve spolkové zemi Bavorsko. Je zde zaměřeno na to, kdo je účastníkem pozemkových úprav, kdo je řídí, jaké jsou formy, financování a následně jejich vzájemné porovnání. Tato práce se snaží odhalit některé rozdíly v provádění pozemkových úprav a měla by nastínit, v čem by se tyto dvě země mohly od sebe inspirovat. This bachelor thesis is concerning land adjusting in the Czech Republic and in the federal state of Bavaria. The aim of this thesis is to describe the process of land adjusting in the Czech Republic; this precedes a mention about the history of land adjustments, and above all the aim is to present this process in Bavaria. The focus is placed on the figure of the stakeholder, as well as on who is in charge and what are the forms and financing of the adjustments and consequently their mutual comparison. The thesis aims to detect differences between land adjusting and it should suggest in what way these two countries could inspire each other.
