Tématem bakalářské práce je hnutí SLOW FOOD. Teoretická část práce se zabývá historií, organizací a současností hnutí. Dává nahlédnout do činnosti neziskové organizace, zaměřené na problematiku zachování krajových potravinových specialit, propagaci národní kuchyně, kvalitního a pomalého stravování, podporu drobných výrobců a zemědělců, ochranu životního prostředí. Praktická část práce seznamuje s informovaností veřejnosti o existenci SLOW FOOD a vlivy na spotřebitele při výběru potravin. The topic of the thesis is the movement ?Slow Food?. The theoretical part describes the history, the organization and the present situation of the movement. It shows the activities of a non-profit organization which is focused on the problem of preserving local food specialities, promotion of national cuisine, slow and good quality eating, support of small producers and farmers and preservation of environment. The practical part of the thesis gives an overview of the general public knowledge about the existence of ? Slow Food? and its influence on the consumer?s choice when shopping for food.
