Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením vlivu produktivity práce na výsledek hospodaření ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části jsou definovány možnosti hodnocení finanční situace podniku pomocí finanční analýzy. Další část práce popisuje problematiku produktivity práce a vymezeny postupy pro zjištění vlivů na výsledek hospodaření pomocí pyramidového rozkladu. V praktické části jsou aplikovány na konkrétní podnik metody finanční analýza a metody měření produktivity práce. Po tomto zjištění následuje vymezení faktorů, které produktivitu práce ovlivňují (kvalita, technické vybavení práce,?). Poslední část je zaměřena na vymezení a zhodnocení vlivu produktivity práce na výsledek hospodaření v podniku. Všechny údaje měřené v diplomové práci jsou čerpané z výročních zpráv podniku za období 2006 ? 2010. The thesis deals with the evaluation of the impact of labor productivity on the profit/loss in the selected company. In the theoretical part are defined options of assessment of the financial situation of the company by the financial analysis. The next part of the thesis describes the problem of labour productivity and outlines procedures for the determination of the impacts on the profit/loss by the pyramid decomposition. In the practical part are used methods of financial analysis and methods of measuring produktivity to selected company. After this finding followes by defining of the factors that affect the labor productivity (quality, technical equipment, etc.). The last part focuses on defining and evaluation of the impact of labor productivity on the profit/loss in the company. The data in the thesis are drawn from the annual reports of the company for the period 2006-2010.
