Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vyhodnotit strukturu nabídky cereálních biopotravin ve městě Sušice (okres Klatovy). Srovnána byla nabídka cereálních biopotravin v různých typech obchodů (supermarket: Billa, Albert, Penny, Lidl, Coop a Tesco; specializovaný bioobchod: Meduňka). Zhodnoceny byly cenové rozdíly mezi vybranými ekologickými a adekvátními konvenčními cereálními biopotravinami. Průzkum probíhal během šesti měsíců od listopadu 2011 do března 2012. Celkově bylo zjištěno 82 cereálních biopotravin. Nejvíce jich bylo dostupných v bioobchodě Meduňka (37). Cenové rozdíly cereálních biopotravin a konvenčních potravin byly značné. Například u müsli tyčinek a rýžových chlebíčků bylo průzkumem zjištěno, že ceny biopotravin jsou vyšší o 50 až 100 %. Pokud bychom si ve všech prodejnách v Sušici zakoupili od každého biovýrobku, který má i adekvátní konvenční výrobek jeden kus, zaplatili bychom za celý nákup 1 152 Kč. Za srovnatelné konvenční výrobky bychom zaplatili 760 Kč. ?Bionákup? by náš rozpočet zatížil o 76 % více, než konvenční nákup. Z vysledků také bylo zřejmé, že na celostátní úrovni deklarovaná nabídka biopotravin nebyla v Sušici dostupná. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the structure of the supply of organic cereals in the town Sušice. Comparison of the supply of organic cereals was made in different types of supermarkets (Billa, Albert, Penny, Lidl, Tesco and Coop) and in one specialized shop (Meduňka). The differences between the prices of organic and conventional cereal food were evaluated. The survey was conducted during six months, from November 2011 to March 2012. In total, 82 organic cereals were found, most of them were available in Meduňka specialized shop (37). The differences between the prices of organic and conventional cereal foods were significant. For example, in the prices of muesli bars and rice sandwiches, a survey has found that organic prices were 50 to 100 % higher. If someone bought one piece of all the organic cereal food in Sušice, he would pay 1152 CZK. The purchase consisting of one piece of adequate conventional product would cost 760 CZK. It means, that to buy organic products would be more expensive (76 %). It was also concluded, that the supply of organic food in Sušice was lower than the Czech Republic?s supply.
