cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce shrnuje literární podklady související s pastvou koní, včetně základních informací z oblasti anatomie a fyziologie trávicího ústrojí, etologie koní, významu organizace a způsobu pastvy koní. The undergraduate (bachelor degree) thesis summarizes the written work related to grazing horses, including basic information on anatomy and phyziology of gastrointestinal system, etology of horses, the importance of organization and method of grazing horses. The findings include evaluation of 79 surveys from respondents, summarizing information on grazing horses in the Czech Republic. The purpose of this work was to evaluate and specify diferences among individual breeders related to requirements on methods of housing, economics of the breeding, veterinarian precautions and organization of grazing. There were 17 questions in total, they were further worked into graphs and tables. The survey results showed that breeders of horses are increasingly using 24/7 system of housing (placement of horses on pasture 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) which reflects the natural life of horses the most. This group of breeders makes 72% of respondents. Most frequent scenario is a group of 2 - 9 horses per breeders, representing 75% of respondents. Looking at veterinarian precautions, 53% of breeders wormed horses two times a year, which represents 42 respondents.
