Cílem této práce bylo studium účinnosti Zymosanu A v protinádorové terapii. Za účelem zvýšení jeho protinádorového účinku byl použit v kombinaci s některými dalšími imunomodulátory. The aim of this thesis was to study the efficacy of Zymosan A derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae in anticancer therapy. For this purpose we tried to increase its anticancer influence by combining it with some other immunomodulators.
